Family sues Arby's after woman found dead in restaurant freezer.

The family of a woman who died in an Arby's restaurant in Louisiana is suing the fast-food chain after she was found dead in a walk-in cooler. The family's lawyer said preliminary findings show she died of hypothermia. The lawsuit alleges that the latch on the cooler was not working properly and that employees were in the habit of propping open the door with a box of oil because they didn't want it to close all the way. The family is suing, in part, because no one from Arby's would respond to the lawyer's inquiries.
