Verizon has agreed to a proposed $100 million class action settlement over undisclosed administrative fees charged to customers on certain monthly plans between Jan. 1, 2016, and Nov. 8, 2023. Eligible current and former customers must file a claim by April 15, 2024, to receive up to $100 each. Verizon denies wrongdoing but will amend its Customer Agreement for clearer disclosure of the fees.
