Lawsuit Filed Against Google Co-founder Over Fatal Plane Crash

Google cofounder Sergey Brin is facing a wrongful-death lawsuit from the widow of a pilot who died in a fatal plane crash last year. The lawsuit alleges that a plane partly owned by Brin was improperly fitted with an auxiliary fuel tank, leading to a fuel intake problem and the crash. The widow claims that Brin intentionally delayed the recovery process and failed to fulfill promises to recover the bodies. The lawsuit also names other defendants, including a flight charter company and an aviation director. The widow is seeking damages in excess of $150,000 and is asking the court to order the aircraft's recovery.
