Teamsters Picket Amazon Warehouses Across the Country in Expanding Strike

Striking Amazon delivery drivers and dispatchers from Palmdale, California, have extended their picket line to an Amazon warehouse in Massachusetts, demanding that the company stop its unfair labor practices. The strike, which began on June 24, aims to reinstate unlawfully terminated employees, recognize the Teamsters union, address low pay and dangerous working conditions, and respect the negotiated contract. The workers have picketed seven Amazon warehouses during their two-week strike, and they accuse Amazon of illegally refusing to recognize their union or bargain with them.
