DHL Workers Strike at CVG Hub, Demanding Fair Labor Practices

Over 1,100 DHL Express Teamsters at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) have gone on strike to protest unfair labor practices and demand a fair contract. The workers accuse DHL of illegal anti-union behavior and retaliation against pro-union workers. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is prosecuting the company for its actions. DHL Express, a division of Deutsche Post AG, recorded billions in profit while workers struggle financially. The Teamsters represent over 6,000 members at DHL across the U.S., and negotiations have been ongoing since July.
