Sargento is recalling shredded and grated cheese products in 15 states due to potential listeria contamination, affecting thousands of various Sargento-branded cheeses with best-by dates between March and June 2024. The recall, initiated on Feb. 5, includes white cheddar cheese products as the most heavily affected items, with 2,633 cases being recalled.
