Tyson Recalls Dinosaur-Shaped Chicken Nuggets Over Metal Contamination Concerns

The recall is classified as a Class I recall, the most serious category. The nuggets were produced on September 5 and distributed to several states. Consumers are urged to throw away or return the product, and one minor injury has been reported so far.
