Community Health Systems Software Breach Exposes Tennova Patients' Personal Data.

Community Health Systems (CHS) experienced a data breach in January that resulted in the release of some patients’ personal information, including those at Tennova locations in Tennessee. The breach occurred through a third-party vendor's secure file transfer software called GoAnywhere. CHS and the vendor, Fortra, are supporting law enforcement's investigation and offering identity restoration and credit monitoring services to affected individuals.
