Vandals target police cars in Philadelphia neighborhoods.

Large groups of people vandalized police cars in Fishtown and Spring Garden, Philadelphia. The crowd surrounded the officers' vehicles and tried to break windows. No injuries were reported, and no arrests were made at either scene.
