Rampant Car Theft Plagues Philadelphia Dealerships

Thieves broke into a Philadelphia car dealership that had been open for less than a week, stealing seven out of eleven cars in inventory. The robbers not only found the keys to the vehicles but also their titles, which is unusual for a new business. The dealership had minimal security measures and no insurance for the vehicles, putting its survival at risk. Police have recovered three of the stolen cars so far.
