Elon Musk Eludes Grimes' Legal Team in Custody Battle

Grimes hired multiple process servers to deliver custody papers to Elon Musk, her ex-partner and father of their three children. One process server resorted to tracking Musk's private jets for days in an attempt to serve him personally. However, the servers were only able to serve the documents via substituted service. Grimes is suing Musk for physical custody of their children, and she has documented numerous attempts to serve him with the papers. Musk and his lawyers have not yet responded to the situation.
