Chris LaPorte, former owner of Insert Coins bar, plans to open "Smoke and Mirrors," a state-regulated cannabis lounge in Las Vegas. The 1,200-square-foot venue, expected to open in October, aims to provide an elevated experience for cannabis consumers with plush seating, a DJ stage, and a special access smoking room.
