Tesla Boosts Pay for Nevada Gigafactory Workers, Deters Unionization

Tesla plans to raise the pay of hourly workers at its battery factory in Nevada by around 10% starting in January 2024, in an effort to potentially deter workers from forming a union. The pay increases range from $2 to $8.30 per hour, with some workers seeing their hourly rate increase from $20 to $22 on the low end and from $30.65 to $34.50 on the high end.
