Green Aviation: Europe's Business Jets Aim for Emissions Reduction.

The European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) is focusing on sustainability this year as the private jet industry faces pressure to become more environmentally friendly. CO2 emissions from private jets in Europe grew by 31% between 2005 and 2019, leading to increased scrutiny from regulators and activists. The conference will showcase innovations in the sector, including electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). However, jetmakers are struggling with low supply of SAF and economic troubles have led to a downturn in business jet flights in Europe.
