The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released an image showing a close call between a JetBlue flight and a Learjet at Logan Airport in Boston. The incident occurred on February 27 when the Learjet crossed in front of the JetBlue plane that was about to land. The JetBlue flight initiated a "go-around" and passed about 400 feet over the Learjet. The NTSB determined that the probable cause of the incident was the Hop-a-Jet flight crew taking off without a takeoff clearance, resulting in a conflict with the JetBlue flight. No injuries were reported.
