Tesla Recalls 16,000 Model S and Model X Vehicles for Seat Belt Issue

Tesla is recalling nearly 16,000 of its 2021-2023 Model S and Model X vehicles due to a seat belt issue, where some front-row seat belts may not have been reconnected properly after being repaired. If the seat belt is not reconnected correctly, it may not perform as intended in a collision, increasing the risk of injury. Tesla will conduct free inspections and replace the seat belt assembly if necessary.
