"Massive Honda Recall: 750K Vehicles Recalled for Airbag Defect"

Honda is recalling 750,000 vehicles from the 2020-2022 model years in the U.S. to address a defect that could cause air bags to deploy unintentionally during a crash. The issue stems from a crack and short circuit in the front passenger seat’s weight sensor, which fails to suppress the air bag as intended. The affected models include certain Honda Pilot, Accord, Civic, HR-V, CR-V, and Passport vehicles. This recall follows a previous recall for Honda HR-V's rear windows shattering in cold weather and a separate recall for a fuel pump issue in several Honda and Acura models.
