"Massive Ford Explorer Recall: Over 4 Million SUVs Recalled for Safety Risks"

More than 2.2 million vehicles have been recalled in the US due to potential safety hazards, including 1.9 million Ford Explorers for a loose trim piece, 200,000 Tesla Model S, X, and Y vehicles for a rearview camera software malfunction, 43,725 Mazda CX-90 vehicles for a steering system issue, 58,729 Range Rover and Sport models for water damage to rear-view cameras, and 107 Rolls-Royce Spectre hybrids for a potentially faulty ground cable. These recalls come after major manufacturers issued 320 recalls last year, with Ford's recall being the largest since GM's 2014 recall of 30 million vehicles.
