Alventosa Morell Arquitectes designs GV House.

Alventosa Morell Arquitectes has designed the GV House, located in a new development area for detached houses near the Mediterranean Sea. The project consists of two buildings that enclose a garden, with the main house located on the northern boundary and a structure on the southern boundary that includes a large porch for vehicles and a small complementary apartment. The house has been designed with bioclimatic and sustainable strategies, including south-facing solar capture, thermal inertia, high thermal performance envelope, controlled cross ventilation, and energy production system from photovoltaic panels integrated into the roof. The use of wood as the main element in roofing, windows, interior linings, and facade finishes has also helped to reduce the ecological footprint.
