7.5 million Baby Shark bath toys recalled for impalement and laceration risks.

Zuru, a California-based toymaker, is recalling 7.5 million full-sized and mini versions of its robotic Baby Shark bath toys due to injury risks posed by their hard plastic top fins. Twelve injuries have already been reported, with nine requiring stitches or medical attention. Consumers are instructed to stop using the recalled toys immediately and contact Zuru for a full refund. The recalled products were sold at major retailers from May 2019 through March 2023.
