Grammy-winning artist Zedd is selling his Los Angeles home for $5.5 million, a modern estate featuring 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a recording studio, wine cellar, and luxurious amenities, as he spends more time touring internationally.
The NCAA March Madness Music Festival in Phoenix from April 5-7 will feature headliners such as ZEDD, Jonas Brothers, Mumford & Sons, and The Black Keys, with additional performances by Reneé Rapp, Remi Wolf, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and Leon Bridges. The festival will include interactive experiences and live streaming options for those unable to attend in person.
DJ Zedd has purchased an $18.4 million mansion in Encino, making it the most expensive sale in the area this year. The 40,075 square foot property, named ODIN and designed by celebrity designer Jae Omar, features modern touches such as angled wooden rooms, floating architectural staircases, and meditative water features. The mansion includes eight bedrooms, a guest house, Olympic-sized swimming pool, indoor/outdoor wellness spa, fitness area, and a bowling alley. This purchase follows Zedd's sale of his Beverly Hills property earlier this year.
