Pitbull plans to convert his 1927 Wynwood childhood home at 25 NE 28th St into the Mr. 305 music label’s eight-story mural-covered headquarters, part of a larger mixed-use project designed by Deforma Studio; the plan requires Wynwood Design Review approval on March 10 and, if approved, a zoning pathway with a floor bonus funded by a contribution to the neighborhood public-trust fund.
