Legendary Edition's Success Pushes Mass Effect Lead Writer to Depart BioWare
Mac Walters, the lead writer of the Mass Effect series, left BioWare after the successful release of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, stating that he didn't want to do any more Mass Effect projects and wanted to end on a high note. Walters has since joined a new studio called Worlds Untold, where he will be working on a near-future action-adventure game.
