Microsoft expands Copilot AI preview program for Office users.
Microsoft is expanding access to its Microsoft 365 Copilot preview, which brings generative AI capabilities to apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. The company also released insights from its 2023 Work Trend Index report, which shows that AI will help alleviate digital debt and increase creativity and productivity. Microsoft is introducing new features to Copilot, including Copilot in Whiteboard, Copilot in PowerPoint, Copilot in Outlook, Copilot in OneNote, and Copilot in Viva Learning. The company is also introducing the Semantic Index for Copilot to help every customer get AI-ready.
