Pokémon Go's Winter Holiday event has been divided into Part 1 and Part 2, featuring new Gen 9 Pokémon, costume Pokémon, event-exclusive field research tasks, and the Winter Wishes quest. The Winter Wishes quest is a branching quest that allows players to choose between x2 Catch XP or x2 Catch Stardust, with each choice unlocking a different bonus. The event also includes increased XP and Stardust bonuses, PokéStop Showcases, new winter-themed stickers, and new clothes in the in-game shop. Part 1 runs from December 18th to December 25th, while Part 2 runs from December 25th to December 31st.
