Suspect Arrested in Broad Daylight Kidnapping of Woman in Commerce, LA.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department identified William Garcia, a 32-year-old Commerce resident, as the man who kidnapped a woman in Commerce earlier this week. Garcia was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon, and the woman was found safe and unharmed. The LASD is currently investigating the incident and is encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
