Investigation Underway for Shootings in Hill County and Greenville Co.

A man has been charged with murder after a shooting and standoff in Whitney, Texas. The Hill County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call reporting a man shot in the 100 block of Blue Grass Street. Upon arrival, they found a 46-year-old man dead. Two suspects were arrested, and a third was sought in the area. Eventually, the third suspect, Charlie Harris, was found armed in an RV and refused to surrender. After negotiations, Harris was taken into custody and booked into the Hill County Jail. Multiple law enforcement agencies assisted in the investigation.
