Multiple Locations Receive Envelopes Containing White Powder Substance
The Cordell Hull Building in Nashville has been shut down after envelopes containing a white powder substance were reportedly received by Republican leadership. The sixth floor of the building is on lockdown while Homeland Security and first responders investigate. The letters contained threats made by a liberal activist targeting Republicans. All employees and members in the building are safe.
