Tens of thousands gathered in West Hollywood for the 2024 WeHo Pride Parade, celebrating LGBTQ+ representation with music, dancing, festive floats, and vibrant marching contingents, creating an energetic and colorful event.
Celebrities including Melissa McCarthy, Niecy Nash, RuPaul's Drag Race winner Symone, and Idina Menzel celebrated Pride Month by participating in the 2023 WeHo Pride Parade in West Hollywood, California. The parade featured floats, performances, and participants walking in support of the LGBTQ+ community and love of all kinds.
Former *NSYNC singer Lance Bass joined the WeHo Pride Parade and emphasized that Pride is a protest and still is, despite the progress made. He also recognized the LGBTQ+ allies for their support and credited the West Hollywood community for allowing him to express himself. Over 100,000 people attended the parade to honor and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.
KTLA 5 will be live streaming coverage of the second WeHo Pride Parade in West Hollywood, California on June 4, featuring RuPaul's Drag Race, Laith Ashley, Niecy Nash-Betts & Jessica Betts, and Melissa McCarthy as Icons.
