Feedback Needed for Next Phase of Tricare.mil Services for Military Families
The Defense Health Agency Usability Lab is seeking active duty service members and family, as well as National Guard and Reserve members, to participate in a remote usability study of tricare.mil from Dec. 2025 to Feb. 2026, aiming to improve website navigation, content clarity, and self-service options.
