Amber Alert Cancelled for Missing 7-Month-Old from Kentucky
An Amber Alert was issued for 7-month-old Jocelyn Lair, who was believed to be in great danger due to her mother's drug use. The child has since been found and is in the custody of the Department of Community-Based Services. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office did not provide a picture of Jocelyn or her mother, Shelley Lair, who is believed to have been driving a red Ford Focus with Kentucky license plate BWV609.
