Royal Caribbean Water Slide Breaks, Injuring Guest
A water slide on Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas broke, injuring a guest and causing water to flood a public area, while the ship was also involved in a deadly crew altercation two weeks earlier. The slide has been closed pending investigation, and the cruise is returning to Miami.
