Delhi Capitals defended a total of 144 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad to win by seven runs in the Indian Premier League. Sunrisers needed 13 runs off the last over, but Capitals' Mukesh Kumar gave away only five runs, sealing the win. Capitals' spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel had combined figures of 8-0-43-3 to stifle Sunrisers in the chase. Despite the win, Capitals remained at the bottom of the standings.
