"Sophie Ellis-Bextor's 'Murder on the Dancefloor' Vinyl Release Follows 'Saltburn' Success"

Sophie Ellis-Bextor is releasing her hit song 'Murder on the Dancefloor' on 7” vinyl for the first time, following its resurgence after featuring in the film Saltburn. The track will also be available on a limited edition red CD single, and a seven-track EP has been released to streaming services. The pop-disco track, originally released in 2001, has found a new audience and re-entered the UK charts, reaching Number Two, and cracked the Billboard 100 in the US for the first time. Ellis-Bextor will also be embarking on a European headline tour in March and supporting Nile Rodgers and Chic on a UK and Ireland tour in June and July before joining The Human League on the road at the end of the year.
