Wrong driveway leads to tragic death of young woman.
A 20-year-old woman, Kaylin Gillis, was shot dead after she and her boyfriend, Blake Walsh, pulled into the wrong driveway in upstate New York. The shooter, Kevin Monahan, 65, faces a second-degree murder charge. Gillis's death came amid a spate of US shootings of people who accidentally approached a home or car by mistake. Monahan's attorney argued that he didn't mean to harm anyone when he fired a gun from his porch. If convicted, Monahan faces between 15 years and life in prison.
