Vertigo Games and Deep Silver are bringing the post-apocalyptic world of Metro to major VR headsets with "Metro Awakening," a story-driven first person adventure set in the Moscow Metro. Players will take on the role of Serdar, a doctor searching for his wife and medication in a world haunted by ghosts and spirits. The game promises tense gameplay, hand-made weapons, and a chilling, supernatural origins story from Metro creator Dmitry Glukhovsky. "Metro Awakening" is set to release on all major VR headsets in 2024.
