She argued that more aggressive enforcement at home will benefit the US on the international stage, citing historic tech antitrust cases such as IBM and AT&T. Khan said that enforcing competition laws and antitrust has led the US to be the home of cutting-edge technologies, and warned against arguments that monopoly is what will best position the US to thrive internationally.
