More than half a million upholstered platform beds sold at Wayfair, Overstock, and Walmart have been recalled due to fall and injury hazards, with 128 reports of the beds breaking, sagging, or collapsing during use, resulting in 36 incidents of injuries. The recall affects various styles, sizes, and colors of Home Design beds sold between July 2018 and November 2023. Customers are advised to stop using the impacted beds immediately and contact Home Design for free replacement slats and side rails.
