
Funeral company owner kills pallbearer at child's burial service.
The owner of a funeral company, Wilson Chavis, has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting two people at a child's burial service, killing a pallbearer. The funeral was for 10-year-old Arianna Davis, who was killed last month in Washington, D.C. Chavis allegedly confronted two people affiliated with another funeral company with which he had a long-standing business dispute. He then allegedly fired two shots, killing Ronald Steven Banks and injuring a woman. Chavis is facing charges of first- and second-degree murder, attempted first- and second-degree murder, and related charges.
