The Black List has released its 2023 list of best unproduced screenplays, featuring scripts such as a Patsy Cline biopic, the rise and fall of a crypto empire, and an action-comedy about Tom Hanks and his doppelganger. Topping the list is "Bad Boy," a script about a rescue dog suspecting his owner is a serial killer. The list includes a total of 76 feature screenplays selected by film executives.
