Jose Castillo, a third person arrested in connection with the deadly Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade shooting, allegedly picked up a gun dropped by one of the suspects but claims he was trying to help and thought it belonged to an officer. He was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and remains in custody, with a previous felony conviction. The shooting, which resulted in one death and 22 injuries, was said to have stemmed from a personal dispute.
