
Suspects in Shooting of Alameda County Deputy Found Dead of Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wounds
Two suspects believed to have shot an Alameda County Sheriff’s deputy were found dead of self-inflicted gunshot wounds after a standoff with Union City PD SWAT team. The man and woman, who were in a relationship, were discovered inside a home where deputies were serving an eviction. The deputy is recovering in the hospital, and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
