Decades-old cold cases solved with new FBI technology and public assistance
A man who was found severely injured on the side of I-75 nearly 30 years ago has been identified as Steven Shelton, thanks to new FBI technology. Despite efforts to identify him at the time, no positive results were found. The FBI credited the persistence of the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office and their use of new crime-solving technology for the breakthrough. Investigators hope that someone will come forward with information about Shelton's family so that he can have a proper burial.
