Avelo Airlines is expanding its base in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, with the addition of three new routes to Greater Rochester International Airport, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, and Memphis International Airport. The new routes will operate twice a week and are available for sale starting at $39 each way. Avelo's expansion in Raleigh-Durham comes just a month after the airline launched flights there, and the carrier now serves a total of 10 markets from the airport. The Research Triangle region is a smart choice for Avelo's fifth base, as it is a major population center without a dominant airline.
