
Microsoft Expands Activision Game Deals Across Multiple Platforms and Regions.
Microsoft has signed a 10-year partnership with Tokyo-based cloud gaming provider Ubitus to stream Xbox PC games and Activision Blizzard titles after the acquisition closes. Ubitus is known for working with many publishers on cloud versions of games for Nintendo Switch. Microsoft is working to assuage regulators' fears of anticompetitiveness within the gaming industry and has signed 10-year deals with Nintendo and GeForce Now to make Activision Blizzard games more available on other platforms.
