
Mastermind Behind Parliament Security Breach Surrenders, Key Accused Arrested in Delhi
Lalit Jha, the alleged mastermind behind the recent security breach in the Indian Parliament, surrendered to the Delhi Police after five of his accomplices were arrested. Jha, a former teacher from Kolkata, filmed the incident and sent the footage to an NGO founder to ensure media coverage. He was a general secretary of the NGO and had been on the run since the incident. The accused have been charged under the anti-terror law UAPA and sections of the Indian Penal Code.
