F1 Manager 2023, the second edition of the game, will feature new contract offering system, more focus on Formula 2 and Formula 3 potential stars, smarter AI, upgraded pit stops, new sporting director role, driver development improvements, tactical changes requiring players to be more hands-on, and F1 2023 calendar and formats changes. The game will be released on Steam, Epic Games Store, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S in the summer of 2023.
