The Twisting Blades build is the best Rogue leveling build in Diablo 4 to reach Level 50 quickly. The build uses the Shadow Imbuement buff combined with Twisting Blades, and passives help gain enough Energy to continually attack enemies. Aspects such as Bladedancer’s Aspect, Aspect of Lethal Dusk, and Ravenous Aspect are useful for this build.
