Fabrice Grinda’s Triton Luxury Villa in Turks and Caicos — a 7-acre, 18,300-square-foot estate with 15 bedrooms, a main house, four guest bungalows, staff housing, four sport courts, two pools and planned solar panels — is heading to a no-reserve live auction on April 17 for $50 million, after Grinda bought it in 2019 for $11.5 million and spent more than $30 million renovating; the property has hosted reality-TV casts and has nightly rentals around $8,000, with the listing originally asking $30 million in 2022 before moving to auction to speed sale.
