Dixie Kong Debuts in Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, with Turbo Mode and Switch 2 Upgrades
Nintendo released update 1.1.0 for Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, adding Dixie Kong as a playable character, new Turbo Attack mode, and character swapping in both single and two-player modes. The Switch 2 version adds GameShare (Local User), improved resolution and load times, and language support for Brazilian Portuguese, along with several fixes and image quality enhancements; a trailer for the update was also released.
